Accommodation
Accommodation has been reserved on behalf of conference delegates at ibis Perth and Oaks Perth Hotel until
Friday 27 October 2023.
Accommodation can be booked between 29 November – 3 December 2023, will be allocated in order of receipt of bookings and is subject to availability. To secure the conference accommodation rates, bookings should be made online as part of the registration process.
Please notify your request for changes or cancellation directly to the conference organiser. Each accommodation venue has its own cancellation policy, ranging from a one night cancellation fee to 100% cancellation fee depending on the date of cancellation. Please ensure you understand the cancellation policy for the accommodation venue you are booking.

Payment
One night deposit will be charged at 30 days prior to arrival. The final balance of accommodation is to be paid upon check in. All incidental charges incurred during your stay must be settled upon check out.

No fee for any cancellations or amendments made 30 days prior to arrival. Cancelletions within 30 days prior to arrival and no shows will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

Self-Car parking is available at an additional cost of $30.00 per vehicle, per day.

Check-in is available from 2.00pm onwards. Check-out is prior to 11.00am.

Full payment of the stay will be charged to the credit card on file 30 days prior to arrival. All incidental charges incurred during your stay must be settled upon check out.
